Haylon Technologies Demonstrates Hybrid UAS Battery In A DJI Consumer Drone

Haylon Technologies recently showcased a hybrid battery that enhances the flight time of a DJI Mini drone. By combining high-energy Tesla cells with standard power-dense cells, flight times increased from 30 to over 50 minutes – a 70% boost – using readily-available batteries. Haylon plans to release more demonstrations as well as finalize a productized design for the hybrid UAS battery.
